Shipping Policy
We ship to confirmed or PayPal verified address within the 48 contiguous US States and Canada. Residents of state of Alaska, Havaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands please contact us before buying and proceeding with your payments. Mostly we use FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for domestic orders. Actual transit time depends on your location. Usually transit time is 1 to 5 business days. To determine when your order will arrive, add 2-3 days processing time for our warehouse plus the transit time mentioned above (excluding weekends and holidays).
We can ship to FPO, APO or PO Box address if the delivery address is in the U.S.
We ship internationally! We offer multiple shipping options for international orders. Please contact us providing your verified address and zip code and we will estimate shipping costs to your home country. Once we adjust the price for you, you will be able to check out and make a payment like you would normally do.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. We do a reliable pre-shipment inspection and quality control of checking and double checking every single order that has been processed through our system and we always work hard to ensure that we get your order right the first time. However, if we didn't get your order right or you have some order related questions please feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist you through this simple process. We reserve a right to deny any return or exchange if it does not meet our return policy criteria or shopper misuses our return policy.

All products must be returned to us within 30 days of the receipt of an order and with a reasonable care having been taken (such as must not show wear or damage, and must be in a condition that permits us to resell the item). All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original documentation, instruction manuals, registration (if applicable), parts and components (including keys, cables, etc.) and the original manufacturer packaging with all original packaging materials, including the original accessories. We may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.

Please be sure to read the product description carefully before placing your order to ensure that the item will meet your needs because if you return your non-defective item(s) you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You'll also have to pay a restocking fee for returned non-defective item(s) to cover processing costs when your item has been processed at the warehouse. Restocking fee is set individually case to case and may vary case by case depending on returned product condition. Restocking fee shall be charged for all returned item(s), including but not limited, items without original packaging, used, abused, altered, customized and/or damaged. Restocking fee shall not be charged for returns of defective items.
If you have received the wrong product or it doesn't match what was shown on our site or we have made some other shipping error (i.e. shipped different size or color) there will be NO restocking fee and NO charge for a return shipping label, provided the item is within its return policy period. In this case you will receive a prepaid return shipping label at NO charge and a full refund.
We will not accept the following items for return: (i) items that have been personalized or customized: (ii) items which are not part of an online store promotional retail sales offering, (iii) items that have been used, altered or that show wear or damage, (iv) discounted or clearance items, or such as “Final Sale”, "Black Friday Sale" or “Non-Returnable", etc.
The returned item(s) shall be inspected and confirmed once your item(s) arrives to our warehouse and the defective item(s) shall be exchanged at no cost or refunded to the original form of payment within the terms of this return policy. Please note, depending upon processing time it may take approximately 7 days for the credit to be reflected on your account.
