While the height and inseam are the most important factors to decide if you are a bike fit, there are many other factors necessary to ensure the perfect fit. Measurements may vary significantly from person to person - even if the same height. Therefore, we strongly recommend to contact us and consult with us before buying to determine the best size for you.

Accepted Answer

Our warranty policy covers all original parts on the bicycle, excluding paint, decals, tires, tubes, chains, and other wear-and-tear items, for up to one year in the U.S. from the date of purchase. The warranty policy covers original frames for up to one year in the U.S. from the date of purchase. For more specific information, please see our warranty policy detailed in our Owners Manual.

How much does this bike weigh? It’s a common question, and the truth is there are no industry standards for claiming bike weights—and this leads to a lot of misinformation. Variances exist based on size, frame material, finish and hardware. And as bikes get lighter, these differences become more critical, therefore we do not provide information about bike weight.

I like a certain bicycle but would like it customized from the factory. Is this possible?

We do not offer any customization options for our bicycles at this time. The bikes are produced with the colors and specifications that appear on our website and within our catalogs. You may be able to work with your dealer on parts swaps, but we cannot accommodate any color or parts swaps requests from our factory.
